- First up: Wash, clean & cut the baby corns accordingly as mentioned above. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl: Add in the aforementioned rest all other ingredients except the oil. Use water to make a smooth batter without any lumps in it, Cover the batter & set it aside for about 10 mins time..
- The batter shouldn’t be runny/loose at all, rather thick enough to stick to the body of the corns- Now, dip the Babycorns into this batter in batches until well coated evenly & the batter should be thick enough to at least stick to the body of the Babycorns..
- Heat a frying pan with the measured oil for deep frying, over the medium flame until well heated.Drop down the well coated babycorns to it, in batches- ensuring it doesn’t stick along with each other & well fried & cooked evenly- Keep the flame low-medium while frying.
