- At first, put water in the gram flour and mix it well (make it liquidy but little thick) and keep it aside.

- Mash the potatoes from step 2 and put the mashed potatoes in the heated pan (step3) and cook for a while.
- Now, put Garam masala powder on step 4 and cook it for few minutes. And after 4-5 mins, put the pan aside..
- Take corn flakes and grind it. Now make potato balls from step 5. I have made 10potato balls. After making balls, dip it in besan mixture(from step 1) and roll it over ground corn flakes..
- Heat another pan with oil and dip the balls from step6 and fry it. (Make sure the oil is heated well).
- The Aloo bonda is ready! Serve it with tomato ketchup or Pudina chutney..
