Steps to make Corn Biryani:

  1. Wash, peel and chop all vegetables..
  2. Wash rice and Soak in water for 30 minutes. Add 1& 1/2 bowl water and salt..
  3. Then cook it in pressure cooker till 1st whistle and keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add corn and peas and cook for 2 minutes. Now Add ginger, fenugreek leaves and chopped tomato. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and all sabut masala. Add 2 tb spoon water. Cover it for 5 minutes and cook till veggies are done. Add pressure cooked rice and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame..
  5. Serve hot with cucumber Raita..
