- Wash and soak rice for 5-6 hours..
- Wash and soak urad dal, poha and methi seeds in a separate bowl for 5-6 hours.
- Drain the water and make a smooth paste of urad dal,poha and methi mixture.
- Coarsely grind rice like rava.
- Now mix both and add cooking soda mix and keep for fermentation, for 7-8 hours.
- Morning add salt to idli batter.
- Wash palak and make smooth paste mix into idli batter.
- Boil corn and add to idli batter and mix.
- In a cooker stand fill the plates with batter and steam for 10-12 mins.
- Serve with chutney and sambar.
